Local 1000 is pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website! Please note that our web URL is now local1000.org and that our previous dot-com web address, as well as all dot-com emails will be phased out over the next few months. If you visit local1000.com, you’ll be whisked on over here, so be sure to bookmark us!
All of our new email addresses are here on the Contact and Executive Board pages. The old ones will continue to work for a bit but please update your email address book so you don’t miss any updates.
For the moment, you can pay dues online via PayPal (or by check of course) but we’ll be introducing a new secure payment system shortly that will make credit card and recurring dues payments a snap! You’ll also be able to view your transactions, login to this site and update your own member info.
Be on the lookout for member mailings, as well. Lots of good things in the works. And don’t hesitate to drop us a line if you experience any problems while on the site, or see something that needs fixing. Our brand new primary email is together@local1000.org – don’t be shy!
