In order to receive contract support, pension contributions and other AFM benefits, you must file each contract with Local 1000, using the union’s contract form. You can download the appropriate form here (or ask the office to send you one).

The MPTF helps us play for audiences that can’t afford us, for union scale wages, via matching funds for gigs that are sponsored by schools, nursing homes, etc., free to the public.
