The AFM/Seabury & Smith Disability Insurance Policy is the only affordable, comprehensive plan available to professional musicians.Under this plan:

• Monthly benefits total 60% to 70% of your average monthly wages, up to $3000 per month.
• Coverage begins on the 31st day of your sickness or injury.
• Options range from 5-year maximum coverage, up to full coverage to age 65.
• Premiums are affordable: They are determined by your age when you buy the policy. For example, for maximum coverage ($3,000 per month to age 65), the annual premium is about $200 for someone under age 30 and $312 for those aged 40 to 45.
